Free uses a standard published platform fee on each job. Premium has no platform fee, fair pricing so you see what you get before you accept, plan-based job priority, destination filters, and faster support. Priority is tied to your plan, not to how often you accept or decline. You can change or cancel at renewal.
No. You choose what you take. Declining or letting an offer expire is logged for trip history only — it does not score or deprioritise you. Destination filters on Premium help you aim toward home or a preferred area at the end of a shift.
Suspensions and deactivations are decided by a person on our ops team, not by an automated score. You can appeal or request a review via support; the driver app also has an in-app appeal flow when your account is live.
We run a regular weekly payout schedule on Free so you can plan your week. On Premium, you get daily payouts to the IBAN you add in the driver app — we explain the exact timing when you join and in your driver dashboard.
Contact support with the trip details. Local ops review GPS, wait time, and the booking notes — then we get back to you with a clear outcome. Disputes are handled by people who know Irish private hire, not an automated template.
You need the right SPSV licence and insurance for the areas you work in Ireland. We confirm coverage when you apply and can discuss airport, city, and regional demand for your vehicle type.
Typically your SPSV driver licence, vehicle licence where applicable, insurance certificate for private hire, NCT or roadworthiness proof, and bank details for payouts. We send a checklist when you get in touch — requirements follow NTA rules.
Premium drivers get stronger plan-based priority when airport, corporate, and peak-time jobs are offered. That priority comes from your subscription, not from acceptance or decline rates. Long-distance and account work is offered first to Premium where those jobs are available in your area.
Yes — change at renewal or ask support to move you sooner if your driving hours change. If you drop to Free, the standard published platform fee applies from the next billing period.
