Our website, apps, phone bookings, and company accounts are for travel within Ireland. Bookings with pickup or drop-off outside Ireland are outside our service and will not be fulfilled.

We only ask for what we need to take a booking in Ireland, run the service, and keep people safe.

• Contact details such as name, phone number, and email address
• Trip details such as pickup, drop-off, date, time, and any notes you give us (Ireland locations)
• Payment and billing details when you pay by card or use a company account
• Location information while a trip is active, so we can send a driver and show an ETA
• Basic device and site usage data, such as pages visited and browser type, if you allow analytics cookies
• Account details if you work for a company with a Hale Cabs account in Ireland

We use your information to:

• Confirm bookings, send driver details, and complete trips in Ireland
• Take payment, issue invoices, and keep financial records
• Contact you about a booking, a change, or a problem
