Your contract for bookings is with HALE CABS PVT LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland, trading as Hale Cabs.

HALE CABS PVT LIMITED, trading as Hale Cabs, provides private hire journeys in Ireland. We arrange a licensed driver and vehicle for trips with pickup and drop-off in Ireland. Exact arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, and other conditions outside our control.

Our service area is the Republic of Ireland. All fares, subscriptions, driver plans, and support described on this website relate to Ireland.

Cross-border trips that leave Ireland, or bookings intended for another country, are not part of our service. If a request falls outside our service area, we will decline it.

When you request a booking, you must give accurate pickup, drop-off, contact, and timing details within Ireland. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and send confirmation by phone, email, or in-app message.

If you need to change the time or address, contact us as soon as you can. We will do our best to update the job, but we cannot always guarantee a change at short notice.

City rides usually show a price or estimate in euros before you confirm. Airport transfers and many pre-booked jobs use a fixed fare. Extra waiting time, extra stops, or big changes to the route may change the final price. We will tell you if that happens where we reasonably can.

Payment can be by card, cash (where offered), or company account invoice. Failed payments may lead to cancellation of future bookings until the balance is cleared.

You can cancel free of charge up to the cutoff shown when you book. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee to cover the driver’s time and positioning. Airport jobs include free waiting for a stated period; after that, waiting charges may apply.

When you travel with us, you agree to:

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and place in Ireland
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Wear a seatbelt and follow the driver’s reasonable instructions
• Not smoke, vape, or leave rubbish in the vehicle
• Tell us in advance about child seats, accessibility needs, or lots of luggage
• Not ask the driver to break traffic laws or licensing rules

Drivers working with Hale Cabs are licensed for Ireland and background-checked. Vehicles are insured for private hire and inspected as required. If something about your trip is not right, tell us as soon as you can so we can look into it.

If you leave something in a car, contact us with your booking details and a description of the item. We will check with the driver. We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will help where we can.

We aim to get you where you need to go safely and on time within Ireland. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, events outside our control, or incorrect details you gave us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If your employer has a Hale Cabs account for travel in Ireland, their account rules and payment terms also apply. The account holder is responsible for authorised users and unpaid trips booked under the account.

You must not misuse our website, try to break into our systems, scrape content without permission, or submit false booking details. We may refuse or cancel bookings that look abusive, fraudulent, or outside Ireland.

We may update these terms when our service or the law changes. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms for new bookings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumers keep any mandatory rights they have under Irish and EU consumer law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your place of residence within the EU/EEA.
