The National Private Hire and Taxi Association called that a “fundamental shift in control,” according to RTÉ’s reporting. Freenow’s current driver guidance adds important context: it lists 15% for standard bookings, 20% for hospitality and Dublin Airport Fleet trips, and 25% for Saver Fleet trips.
